This is Sugar Pine National Park & State Forest, down by the waters of Lake Tahoe...There's a big grassy section right on the water extending from the tree on the left to about 20 feet over to a tree on the right (not pictured). There's also lots of places for photo opps, like the dock on the left...
The grassy section above is actually on the right of the path of the below photo...Above is the Ehrman Mansion, a beautiful stone building dating back to the 1920's, I believe.
This is where guests will walk in (Mansion above in front), and then they will walk down toward the water for the ceremony.
This is a picture of our cul-de-sac in Tahoe, in Glenridge. Unfortunately due to shadows and cars it's kinda hard to show you what we picture, but let's go to the next photo and I'll show you...
This is our cabin: porches on 1st and 2nd floors, stone-centered flower bed (sans flowers right now) in the middle of the driveway that wraps around like a U in front of the house. Our house is the first on the left when you pull into the cul-de-sac. We would go to Tahoe Tree Company and fill the property with flowers prior to the event, white tents where the 2nd white car is and elsewhere, plus a stage for dancing....
